As a new and dedicated small team, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. We kindly ask for your patience as we work diligently to ensure your orders are handled with care and accuracy.

Please note that, as we continue to grow, we may occasionally make small mistakes or need to implement slight changes to our new store to improve our services. Due to general market price trends, our shop will implement price adjustments for some items at some point, but orders placed before then will remain at prices whenever your purchase was made.

* Our market research shows that new Gunpla enthusiasts often handle their models frequently, treating them like finished toys. This natural interaction can cause unavoidable friction and minor collisions, leading to paint chipping—particularly on movable joints.

To enhance your long-term enjoyment, we've chosen to leave joints and select high-contact areas unpainted. As a result, some joints may display nub marks from assembly. We appreciate your understanding of this thoughtful design choice.

GGB Special Boxes:  All purchased Gunpla from us come with our customized packing boxes which make unboxing fun and keep things safe during the shipping. We make sure that your Gundam shows up perfect and ready to go at your place.

Matte Topcoat (to apply on your product):

A professionally applied matte topcoat that protects the Gunpla’s vibrant colors and enhances durability. This finish reduces gloss for a realistic, battle-worn aesthetic, giving your model a refined, museum-quality appearance while safeguarding it against wear and environmental factors. 

 

 

Action Base (physical item in the box):

The Action Base (GGB selected) consists of two main parts: a sturdy base platform and an adjustable armature. The armature connects to the base platform through a central slot and is secured with a simple twist for easy assembly, allowing dynamic, customizable poses to showcase your Gunpla in action.

 

Waterslide (to apply on your product) :

Precision-applied waterslide decals add intricate, authentic details to your Gunpla, replicating the markings and designs seen in the Gundam universe. These durable decals enhance the model’s realism and elevate its visual impact for a professional-grade finish.Durable, precise decals for a pro look.

 

 

How Long Is The Process?

 

Preparation Time: 1–2 days for your ordered kit; Premium Package adds 1–2 days for decals/topcoats etc.

Weather Impact: Rainy conditions may delay matte topcoats to ensure quality because of high humidity which can impact the finish quality.

Crafting Queue: Each kit is built individually; high order volume may add a short wait.

Shipping: Our crafting team is located in Chengdu, China. All orders will be shipped directly from Chengdu to US/Canada, takes around 12–14 business days.

Replacement, Return and Refund Policy?

 

Please be aware that we do not offer returns or refunds once 2 hours have passed since your order was placed. Each Gunpla is custom-designed and crafted specifically for you, making it non-resellable to other customers. However, you could cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. We expect your order to be shipped within 2-3 business days after the preparation proccess. Thank you for your understanding!

 

*Damage Replacement Guidelines:

Unboxing Video Requirement: Record a high quality video starting when you receive your package, showing the unboxing process as you remove the packing and inspect the item. This video helps us verify if damage is due to our handling or the shipping company. Without it, we cannot process any replacements. Photos are not accepted.

Submission: Send the video to goodgunplacare@outlook.com with a clear explanation of the issue. We will assess the damage to determine if you qualify for a replacement part or the entire item.

Replacement Process: If approved, we will ship the new part or full item to you at no cost as soon as possible. At this point, no refunds or returns should be allowed under any circumstances.

Non-Delivered Orders: If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected shipping timeframe, it’s your responsibility to contact the shipping company to confirm delivery to the correct address and ensure timely receipt. Of course, our team will do everything to assist you. If the package is lost, we will provide all necessary information to help you seek compensation from the shipping company.

Payments: Securely processed via Shopify Payments/Shop Pay (credit cards, digital wallets).

Privacy: Your payment is always secured, we DO NOT keep your personal infomation after the payment.
