Please carefully review all Gunpla product details, including included and excluded items, to ensure the kit meets your needs. For your safety, all orders and payments must be made directly on our official website. Avoid off-site payments or personal email contacts, as these may be scams. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!

Shipping (International)

Shipping typically requires 12-14 business days. Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on your Gunpla models. However, oversized or overweight Gunplas may be subject to additional shipping fees due to their dimensions and weight. We provide our special packaging box for an elegant unboxing experience. (Currently available for shipping to Canada and the United States only).

Preparation Process of Gunpla

Order preparation requires 1-2 business days, including Gunpla building, expert panel lining, precise detailing, and secure Gunpla packaging prior to shipment. We will email you if any delays occur during the build process. (Special requests or upgrades and adverse weather conditions may delay the process).

Return & Refund Policy

Please note that all orders are final after 2 hours from purchase, as each item is custom-built for you and cannot be resold. You can cancel within 2 hours for a full refund. After this time, no refunds or returns will be accepted. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before ordering to ensure your satisfaction.
